WE ASK YOU TO KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON'T PROCESS THE PAYMENT. IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED IT WILL FALL OFF AND IT'S ONLY SHOWING YOU ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION.

1. How long is processing, shipping, handling, and tracking updates?

Once your order is placed processing takes 2 Business days. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)
Tracking information can take up to 10 days after payment has been processed. After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Please Track Your Package at www.USPS.com. Your Tracking Number will come to your email from our Boutiques Email address. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 10 days from placing your orders please contact customer service at [email protected] Shipping can take 10 business days once tracking number is received. All packages are delivered through USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday
Frequently asked questions: Can I make changes to my order? Like how my wig is parted or adding custom color? To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, so orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete. All wigs are made with a middle part unless you contact us BEFORE placing your wig order. Some colors can be added to your wig however you must contact us to see if the color you wish to get is available so price can be adjusted. Once order is placed no color can be added. If you would like to pickup your order when it's ready please email us and mention local pickup in Antioch, TN when your order is ready you can pick up from our salon store. Otherwise your wig will be shipped to the address you provided.

May I return my order?
No, we don’t take any returns or exchanged hair. This is because once you order we customize your wig by plucking and bleaching the knots on the closure and part the wig.
What size wig cap should I choose? S/M/L ?
Most of our wig caps will be a medium. You must contact us before placing your wig order or within the same day of purchasing by emailing us which size wig cap you want your wig constructed with. If we don’t receive an email from you within the same day of placing your wig, you will be sent a medium sized wig. If you would like to measure your head beforehand measure the circumference around the head touching the hair and behind the ears. Small is 21 inches or 53.3cm, Medium is 22 inches or 55.9cm, Large is 23 inches or 58.4cm.

Common Do’s And Don’ts

Do's- wash in luke warm water with good quality shampoo and conditioner
Do's- use silk bonnet daily to avoid tangles and matting
Don't- use high heat on hair everyday
Don't- over process with lightener "bleach"
Do's- comb with paddle brush or wide tooth comb starting at the ends
Don't- scrub the hair when washing it can cause your hair to bunch up
Do's- Downward strokes when washing to avoid tangles
Do's- use a little serum when hair gets dry only a dime size amount "not every day"
Don't- over pluck your closure
Don't- over process with bleach or color so your hair can last a while
Do's- if you have wavy or curly hair when it's wet wear a curl cream to define curls
Don'ts- go swimming without pulling your hair up so it doesn't get wet
Do's- if your hair does get wet while swimming always deep condition it after
Don’ts- use small tooth or rat tail comb this can cause unwanted shedding
Do's- use flexy rods overnight to keep up curls without using heat
We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair outside of "Pretty”N”PinkSalon&Boutique", because we understand that everyone is not a colorist or a specialist at coloring hair. We take care of the hassle for you with our custom coloring services and we only recommend a licensed stylist.
